Institution-controlled information
A school, college, training provider or other customer ordinarily controls learner, guardian, employee and operational information inside its BharatCampus ONE tenant. Send a request about that information to the institution first. Samvida Labs will support the institution under its authorised instructions and applicable agreement.

Include only the details relevant to finding the record:
- Your name and a contact address that Samvida Labs may use to respond.
- The business or institution connected to the request.

- A short description of the information or connection to delete and the approximate interaction dates.
Do not include message content, student records or unrelated personal information unless Samvida Labs asks for a specific item through an appropriate secure route.

We use proportionate checks to prevent one person from deleting another person's or institution's records.
We locate, restrict and delete eligible information.
After verification, Samvida Labs will identify the information and connection within scope, disable further processing where required, and delete or irreversibly anonymise eligible records. We will tell you when the request is complete or explain any lawful limitation.
Limited records may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit evidence or to preserve an opt-out. Any retained information remains restricted to that purpose and is not used for unrelated marketing.
Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. If additional time or action from an institution is needed, Samvida Labs will explain the reason and the next step.
