Public website and business communications

Privacy should be understandable before you share information.

This notice explains how Samvida Labs Private Limited handles personal data when you browse the BharatCampus ONE public website, submit a business enquiry or Health Check, request material, or receive our business communications.

Version PRIV-2026-08-28Effective 28 August 2026Public website and B2B contacts
Important scope boundaryThis notice covers the BharatCampus ONE public website and our own business-contact communications. It does not replace an institution's learner or guardian privacy notice, or the customer agreement and data-processing terms that govern personal data an institution controls inside the BharatCampus ONE service.
1. Scope and operator

Samvida Labs operates this public experience.

Samvida Labs Private Limited (“Samvida Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates BharatCampus ONE and is responsible for the processing described in this notice. This notice applies to visitors, institutional representatives, partners and other business contacts who interact with our public website or communications.

When a school, college or other institution uses the BharatCampus ONE product, that institution ordinarily decides why learner, guardian, employee and operational data is used. Its notices and the applicable agreement govern that separate processing context.

2. Data we handle

We collect what you provide and limited operating signals.

  • Business contact data: name, work email, telephone number, role, institution and location information you provide.
  • Enquiry and assessment data: workflow priorities, Health Check answers, notes, requested material, meeting preferences and related correspondence.
  • Attribution and website data: landing page, campaign source, referring domain, an anonymous browser identifier and first-party interaction events used to understand public-site performance.
  • Security and delivery data: device and browser details, timestamps, request identifiers, approximate network information and delivery, bounce or preference signals from communication providers.

Please do not submit student names, guardian details, credentials, health information, financial records, confidential incident evidence or other sensitive institution data through public forms or ordinary email.

3. Purpose and permission

Each use must support a clear business purpose.

  • Respond to your request, produce a Health Check result, arrange a product conversation and provide requested resources.
  • Maintain accurate business-contact records, route enquiries, prevent duplicate submissions and preserve an auditable history.
  • Operate, secure, diagnose and improve the public website and our communications.
  • Send relevant BharatCampus ONE business updates where you have asked for them or applicable law otherwise permits, subject to your right to opt out.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, contractual, fraud-prevention and dispute-management obligations.

Depending on the context, we process this information to act on your request or consent, operate our business and protect the service, perform a contract, or comply with law. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.

4. Sharing and processing locations

Providers receive only the access needed for their role.

We may share relevant data with controlled service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, customer relationship management, email delivery, scheduling, support and professional advice. We may also disclose information when required by law, during a governed corporate transaction, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell public-site personal data. We do not authorise providers to use it for their own unrelated advertising. Some providers may process data in India or other jurisdictions; where applicable, we use contractual and organisational safeguards and consider legal transfer restrictions.

5. Retention and security

Keep useful records; remove what no longer has a purpose.

We retain public enquiries and business-contact records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal or audit obligations and resolve disputes. Retention varies with the record and context. We may retain a pseudonymised suppression record after an unsubscribe request so that we can continue to honour it.

We use access controls, environment separation, rate limits, audit records, security monitoring and other technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and risk. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Browser storage and measurement

The public site may use essential or first-party browser storage for attribution, form continuity and privacy-safe measurement. We do not intend these public-site signals to contain learner records or the contents of your form fields. You can clear browser storage through your browser controls, although some continuity features may then reset.

6. Choices and requests

You can change marketing preferences at any time.

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or open our Email Preferences page. The preference applies to BharatCampus ONE and Samvida Labs promotional or marketing email. Requested product responses and necessary service, security, billing or legal communications may still be sent when applicable.

Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may ask about the personal data we hold in this context, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email info@samvidalabs.com with “BharatCampus ONE privacy request” in the subject. We may need enough information to locate the record and protect it from unauthorised access.

For information connected to BharatCampus ONE Messaging, Meta Platform or WhatsApp Business, follow the dedicated Meta Data Deletion instructions.

7. Learner and child-data boundary

Public forms are not a channel for child-level records.

The public website and business enquiry flow are intended for institutional and professional audiences, not for children to submit personal data. Do not include child-level or learner-level information in a Health Check, contact form or ordinary email. If you believe such information was sent through a public channel, contact us so we can review and address it safely.

8. Updates and contact

Material changes will be versioned prospectively.

We may update this notice when our public processing or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised version and effective date here and provide additional notice where appropriate. A public-site update does not silently amend an institution's signed agreement or data-processing terms.

Privacy or preference question?Email info@samvidalabs.com. Do not email credentials, child-level data or confidential security evidence.

Control marketing email without exposing your address in a link.

The Email Preferences page accepts an address in the page body and returns the same privacy-safe confirmation whether or not it already exists in our contact records.
